The benefits of apples

Every fruit has vitamins are good for our body, however,  at this time many people don't consume fruit when the fruit can protect our bodies from disease. One of fruits is good for us is apple. Without us knowing apple has many benefits which are good for our health.
Some of the benefits of apples are:
1. Apples can decrease cholesterol levels because there is phytochemical inside it that can kill the bad cholesterol.
2. Avoid cancer, heart disease, and healthy lungs
3. Protect our body from flu virus, and
4. can lose our weight
we never know that apple has many benefits. Only by consuming one apple everyday, we have to keep our body to stay healthy.
In conclusion, Our health is the most important in this life, therefore, we must take care of our body by eating a healthy food, and also consume a fruit everyday.
